Pulling Out of ICC is not solution. Solution is proving our innocence.

After a reasonable duration of silence, today allow me write one or two about the news hitting topic of ICC pull out. Just as it can be established by any independent, broad minded citizen, Law in most cases is usually written to deter the continued practice of injustice in society and maintain peaceful coexistence among the members. Law is usually only punitive to the law breakers and culprits who violate the established principles of justice and well being of man.

However, the proving of the innocent or the guilty can never be established, not until all the custodians of such laws read it well, understand and interpret.
By the time Kenya was registering as a member of the Rome statute, it knew that neither USA nor UK was a member signatory of the statute. However, it was for the good public interest of the common, poor, ignorant citizen that such membership was of benefit.

By being a member, I believe her citizens would be deterred from engaging in any willful or rather malicious activities that may put the lives of citizens in danger. However, without a guiding principle and possible stringent consequences to somebody who maliciously tempers with the peace of this country, we are encouraging impunity, massacre of the innocent and continued perpetration of injustices in society scot free.

When analyzed, it is to some extend coming out clearly that the former ICC chief Prosecutor, Louis Moreno Ocampo did not thoroughly conduct his investigations before filing of the case against the trio and the Hague. Despite this, the case was confirmed and the accused summoned to answer to the charges. It is however important to note that, unless stated otherwise, the office of the prosecutor is not the Judging chambers. This is only but an office to bring on board the accused and justify its claims. Proving of the evidences presented by the prosecution wrong is the only way of proving innocence. Similarly, Just as Hon. Ruto stated, "However much you cook a lie, it cannot be converted to truths".

Therefore, calling for an emergency parliamentary sitting and withdrawing from the Rome statute is not a Long Lasting solution as stated by those who consider themselves mouthpiece of this nation. Two wrongs do not make a right.
The best way we could show solidarity and sovreignity is only by working as a team and proving the levelled accusations false. This shall leave us as a state Dignified and blame free yet still discouraging impunity and massacre of the innocent.
If truly we love our leaders whom we elected, that's not the best step that we can take to help them because after all it is apparent that whether we withdraw or not, the cases shall continue. Let's combine our efforts on means that shall help us get our leaders from the Hague with dignity in the international community.

Hope you consider my request.

God Bless Kenya and Her People.

However Much we have Freedom of Speech, Let's respect Individual's privacy. Raburu has to apologise to us.

Willis Raburu, TV presenter, CITIZEN TV
It was to the dismay of all independent, broad minded citizens when Willis Raburu posted openly the identity of the person he suspected to be the ICC witness536. This was an unreasoned decision and a move that had been made into mud without putting on necessary boots. Probably, Raburu must have thought that this would have added flavor to his so called "truthmeter" because people would think he had revealed truth. But not, it never happened.

To any broad minded citizen, whether Ruto and sang' are guilty or innocent, whether, the witnesses are lying or telling the truth, there private life is of value despite the ICC witness protection guidelines. Even if the witnesses were lying, I remember during the opening of the cases, Khan warned the witnesses of the possible consequences of doing that.

It was therefore unrealistic, immature and irresponsible that an individual of Raburu's Caliber to make a move of openly exposing the identity of the witness, which to me sounded it was suspicious. To prove that he was not suspecting, Raburu accompanied his claim with evidence which if followed and proven right could put the lives of all family members of the witness in danger.

Yes we all agree that as a journalist he has to inform Kenyans, do analysis and examine the unfolding of events to develop stories catchy to the viewer. But doing so at the expense of cost of lives of other people is unprofessional and worth condemning in Open air.

It is sad to note that several hours have passed but the intellect Willis has not yet been heard either apologizing to the public nor giving any statement to indicate he could be sorry for being a traitor to the journey of justice in this country.

Or,
Is Willis Raburu out to intimidate the Witnesses yet to appear in the chambers?

Is somebody working behind him not to come out clearly?

Is he doing this for any gain for his profession?

Image from Twitter handle.
Or even could he be playing a political game?

These are just but speculations. However, it will be unethical if such moves shall be condoned in this era we are all calling for Justice. ICC is not Kenyan High court. Yes, May be the evidence was rejected by a Kenyan court, but you never know if it was further investigated by ICC office of the prosecutor.

For the good of the suspected witness' family and for his integrity, despite having deleted the tweet, I urger Willis to openly come and apologetically withdraw the statement. However, the wrath of independent, poor and languishing Kenyans who still hunger and thirst for justice shall not let him go escort free. Nature may pay him in cruel Kindness.

MY LETTER TO GOVERNMENT; UNIVERSITY STUDENTS FINANCIAL PLIGHT.

http://share.pdfonline.com/44b8e74c17eb422993c7b401ccbe14ec/ACADEMIC%20FINANCIAL%20%20CHALLENGE.htm

MY LETTER TO GOVERNMENT; UNIVERSITY STUDENTS FINANCIAL PLIGHT.

I kindly write to seek your intervention on the above stated matter.
It has been known over time that university students, especially girls are ill-mannered and do all manners of filthy things to earn, with reference to media reports. The main root cause of this has never been brought in lime light for discussion. However, the Higher Education Loans board seemed to understand this plight when it brought up a proposal to increase the kitty for higher education funding. However sir, our hopes were put off when the budget for HELB saw a deficit of 10 billion after government allocated it funds in the previous read budget.
Your Highness, as poor students, we continue to suffer and risk terminating our studies while others are forced to engage in illegal, shameful and unacceptable activities just for the sake of attaining a degree. The cost of university education has continued to rise as the funding has remained constant.
Like in this academic year, the tuition fee for some institutions is expected to hike while the source to finance remains same.
Sir, you will agree that a student who is not psychologically settled cannot academically deliver due to the fact that he is not sure of how assignments will be done, term papers printed amid other activities.
Students are crying foul but because the society attitude towards them has always been “People with money” We still remain neglected. We remain man handled and this is interpreted by others as oppressions. The result is production of a negatively aggressive society that that is not accommodative.
Honorable sir, it is not too late for your any possible corrective and helpful intervention. As I write, personally my hope of finishing higher education is being killed. No job! Hawking not allowed in town! Turning to be a beggar to people who can’t listen to you and at last remaining helpless only waiting for God’s mercy.
Your highness, take a scenario of a JAB student receiving Ksh. 35000 per academic year, when school fee is Ksh. 36700. food, clothing, academic materials and other academic costs excluded. No parental or family aid due to poverty. Indeed some of the family members look forward to your support. What will this be if not the next hell hear on earth? The bright dreams of many young ignorant and innocent Kenyan is being killed in campuses
This is my view and does not represent any group of students unless stated otherwise.
Any response from you will be highly appreciated.

Yours Loyal

GIVE MARRIAGE INSTITUTION ITS FREEDOM, TO END UNWANTED ABORTIONS.

Everyone here can agree with me that we are living in a rapidly changing world. A world where people discuss things without contact or knowing each other. It is a world of change that we talk of.
And so, it is time we all accept that this change is touching on all sectors including marriage institutions. In the recent and time to time statistics, we have all seen that it is apparent the number of women is by far more than the number of men. This from a critical point of view has got various implications. However, without wasting time to analyze the implications, the few that we know, how many times have we stood to counter their effects?
The truth is we cannot counter this effect if we still preach that practicing polygamy is a sin. Our Muslim brothers are allowed to marry the number of women one is willing to as long as one can fend for them. But why are we continually claiming that polygamy is a sin?
Do you mean God was not aware when He allowed number of women to be more than men?
Aren’t you seeing prostitution on the rise?
Can’t you see the number of single families we have so far?
How many men have “Mpango wa kando”?
And how many families are breaking and reuniting the following day?
Friends, the rules we’ve put in place to govern marriage institution I don’t think they are the will of God. Reason, if a man openly marries the first wife and then adds to more, instead of keeping them somewhere secretly and later on in his burial children be brought out to claim parenthood, which one is better?
Let’s give marriage institution its deserving freedom and allow our women freely enjoy what God send them for here on earth. It is my view that by restricting men to one wife we are doing injustice to ladies who are in that excess number when compared to men.
We are traumatizing them and psychologically affecting their well being.

 Just but my view.

We are Not Yet Done, until we are fully liberated, Kenya at 50, We want Justice to all.

Dedan Kimathi, MAU MAU fighter
Mzee Jomo Kenyatta, The First President Of Kenya
Tom Mboya, Freedom fighter
When our forefathers fought the white-man to go from this land,  They thought of our political independence, economic development and social freedom on our own land. They wanted a society where forced labor would never exist and justice be meted to all regardless of social, economic nor political status and more social status. They sacrificed to sleep in the bushes, share same bedding with wild animals, be hunt like antelopes just to see the black-man in this sovereign land free. This freedom incorporated access to justice without fear nor any intimidation.
They never fought for a society where we were to have animals of different status when it came to law. However, fifty years down the line, it is sad to see that we are still grappling with the struggle to differentiate between what is right and wrong. We are not yet free, we are not yet equal. The few who stand greed, malicious, manipulative, unjust, unfair, name them all, still undermine and sabotage the voices of truth and ensures the mouths that demand for justice are shut.
They are still struggling day and night to establish a one man society where his decision is final. They are standing on high cliffs to be seen as the best yet in the sea their servants are toiling to ensure the sea is dry so that they can control the waters and the poor citizens bow before them at last.
Dear Kenyans, unless we stand united and together chant it is enough we want justice we shall never receive what is just for us. We deserve something better, we deserve equal treatment, we deserve equal opportunities. We deserve it all, but we don't have. Who shall ever give us our rightful portion? Who? who, I ask Who? We have gone back to the man eat man society. No humanity, no justice, no love, no everything. There's nothing left that's is rightful for us. why?
Kenyans let's all stand and unite for a common course. A course that shall see us and our descendants free. A course that we shall leave behind as a mark when we are long gone. Political manipulation by those we call our political veterans, economic manipulation and social injustices must come to an end. Akamba, Aembu, Samburu Borana, any Kenyan,we share same red blood, all of us shall be burried under six feet sand and if one is poor we share same fate. Kenyans let's unite for change. Say no to manipulation in all institution.
No to Referendum.
No to injustice to shollei.

God Bless Kenya.
